If for some reason product will not meet your expectations, you can return it within 7 business days of receiving your order.
You can either exchange the item or get a full refund. To return the item please first contact us via email@example.com Describe the situation and let us know if you prefer a refund or exchange - we will assist you with the process, provide return address and instructions.
· Item must be returned complete;
· Item must be in a perfect condition;
· Item must be unused;
· Item must be in the original packaging with all the tags in place.
We cannot exchange or refund cut fabric and customized items unless they are faulty.
HOW TO SEND THE ORDER BACK?
Contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the issue. Pack the items back into the parcel and send it to the address that we have provided via e-mail correspondence. To avoid a loss of parcels in transit all items must be returned to us by “Recorded Delivery”.
If item is faulty, we will fully refund the cost of any defective products. We will also cover the postage costs and any import tax you had to pay.
Cut fabrics sold by meter and items that were customized by your request can not be returned or exchanged. If you have selected a custom fabric, changed size or personalized an item with embroidered monogram it will be considered a custom order.
